A partner such as Medibank provides a real organisational problem.
How WIL and the Capability Passport work together
WIL manages an applied learning experience. The Capability Passport records what an individual has demonstrated through that experience and other credible sources.
A WIL project can produce verified evidence for the Passport. The Passport remains with the individual and continues to grow across courses, employment, international experience and community work.
Different purposes, one evidence journey
The two functions complement each other without duplicating the same work.
Several experiences can contribute to one trusted record
The Passport brings relevant evidence together without exposing a complete private workspace.
From industry challenge to verified evidence
The student records research, decisions, teamwork and project outputs.
The partner and academic provide evidence-based feedback on the work.
With the appropriate consent, demonstrated analysis, collaboration and communication enter the Passport.
The student can select that evidence for a portfolio, résumé or employer conversation.

A main My Account section and a WIL outcome
The Capability Passport should remain visible in the main My Account menu because it belongs to the individual and includes evidence beyond WIL. It should also appear throughout the WIL journey because partner projects are an important source of reviewed and industry-verified evidence.
